Who sends these messages

Text messages are sent by Just For Kix, a children's dance class company, through its local dance programs. Each local Just For Kix program sends messages to the parents and guardians of dancers enrolled at that specific location.

What the messages are about

This is a mix of operational and account-related notifications about your dancer's enrollment. Messages may include:

  • Class schedule updates and changes
  • Weather or facility closures and cancellations
  • Recital and event logistics (dates, times, arrival and costume instructions)
  • Costume and tuition payment reminders
  • General program announcements

We do not send marketing or promotional messages on behalf of third parties through this program.

How you opt in (consent)

Parents and guardians provide consent directly on the Just For Kix website. When you create an account and enroll your child in a dance program, you enter your mobile phone number and agree to receive program-related text messages as part of the registration and enrollment process. The opt-in disclosure presented at that time reads:

By providing my mobile number, I agree to receive recurring informational and account text messages from Just For Kix at this number (schedule changes, cancellations, event and payment reminders, and program announcements). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or enrollment. No opt-in keyword is used; consent is collected on the web enrollment form.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP or contact your local program.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
