Arch-Boosting Foot Exercise: Enhance Releve and Forced Arch for Dancers

 

Strengthen the arches of your feet with this exercise. Using a barre or wall for support, elevate to a high releve, transition to a forced arch aligning knees with toes, then return to the start. Perform 5-10 times, then invert the sequence and repeat. Emphasize arch extension throughout.
